The competition  is organised as a part of cyclical meetings hosted by 3DWarsaw. Everyone can participate in the competition, all entries should be individual. No group entries are allowed. Registration is free but mandatory.

Submission format


You are required to send your submission over via email to: not later than 15.03.2023, 23.00 CET.

Please note, heavy files, larger than 10MB should be transferred with the use of any cloud service (i.e. WeTransfer, Dropbox, google drive, one drive etc.)

One participant can only submit one project. Multiple entries will not be accepted.



Image, video, any technique. Images generated with AI and processed in Photoshop are accepted. The technique used should be included in the post description. 




The subject of the competition is to develop the concept of "life in the cloud" in a graphic form using any media (2d/3d image, film). Interpretation of the topic is open, the participant should propose their individual vision, define the problem of contemporary society and prepare a solution in the most creative and communicative way.



Each participant of the competition who registers using the form at the bottom of this page (link) receives an individual membership number and is an official participant of the competition.


Required: Title of the project, content (description of the problem and vision) and programmes / techniques used.


Evaluation criteria:

Creativity / ingenuity

Originality of the project

Artistic and aesthetic values.

Graphical presentation.


Under no circumstances may the participants of the competition or their representatives contact the members of the jury. Participants who attempt to contact jury members will be disqualified.


All members of the jury participate in the evaluation depending on their availability at that time. Any communication regarding the competition should be conducted only with employees of 3D WARSAW. If you have any questions, please contact us at


The announcement of the results will take place at the 3DWarsaw event. Submission Deadline is March 15. The evaluation is made by the jury in a closed session.


The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Competition without giving reasons.


The administrator of the Participants' personal data is the Organizer. 



Vasilis Koutlis

Designer / 3D Photographer

The instigator of both xDream3D and VWArtclub.

Was born in Athens, in 1979. He studied furniture design and decoration. He began his occupation with 3D art in 2002 and  in 2007 the idea of xDream3D was born. He managed to acquire partners from all over the world and various collaborators trust him with their ideas as he rewards them with his detailed designs. Not a moment goes by without him thinking of a beautiful image, thus he is never concerned with time but only with the design’s quality.


Karim Moussa

Designer / 3D Photographer

Karim with over 20 years of experience in Art directing internationally recognized projects where he worked with several high profile architectural practices/developers/brands like KPF, Zaha Hadid, BIG, SOM, Woods Bagot...etc.. Concept communication and exploration of ideas define the core of Mozses work. Custom creation of visual directions and experiences to unfold different design identities and connect narratives. Emphasizing the fabric of every unique project aspect to have a fingerprint of its own. The expertise of art directing multicultural and diverse scale projects have been forged over the many years of work, dedication and experience.



Degree in architecture and urban planning mixed with passion for 3d - during my university times I discovered the most fun part for me was making the project look great. And so my journey began. Ten years of experience as 3d generalist shows that my main interests are architecture illustrations and material making. I am responsible for some of Evermotion's crazy scenes as well. It is an honor for me to be here, have fun!


Neil Leach

Neil is a Professor at FIU, Tongji University and EGS. He has also taught at other leading institutions, including the AA, IaaC, DIA, Columbia GSAPP, Cornell, Harvard GSD and SCI-Arc. He is also the co-founder of DigitalFUTURES, an academician within the Academy of Europe, and the recipient of two NASA fellowships for research into 3D print technologies for the Moon and Mars.
